It was 12 o’clock on a Saturday afternoon and Steve sat on the floor of his room, looking around at the posters taped to his walls, at the numerous comics scattered about, over his rug, bed, windowsills and desk. He lay back, sprawled out across the floorboards, feeling the warmth of the sun coming through the open window and sighed. He was bored. He needed new comics, and soon.
One problem was that he’d been grounded. He could easily sneak out to the shops though, but the summer sun was making him lethargic and he didn’t feel like moving. So he just laid there, soaking up the sun, the thin mate
